10/21 Varsity vs Plymouth South: The varsity girls had a tough loss to Plymouth South on friday. Great jobs by Rachel McCall, Val Hoyle, Kayla Cohen, Ally Tabezinxy, and Hannah Perreira. Great setting by Rachel McCall and Maddie Baron. L(25-22), L(25-19), L(25-21). JV: the girls had a great win against Plymouth South! Great serving by Michaela McCarthy, Madi Shaw and Lauren Burgess. 10/20 Varsity vs Barnstable: The girls had a tough fight against the very good Barnstable team. Great hits and blocks by Val Hoyle, Kayla Cohen, Annabell Hood and Hannah Perreira. L(25-6), L(25-13),L(25-15). JV: The jv girls had a great game against the tough Barnstable team playing the best matches they've had all season! Great hits by Emily Kenneally, Kristin Myles, Kaitlyn Burchill and Kayleen Walsh. Great serving by Lauren Burgess and Madi Shaw. Awesome digs by Michaela McCarthy, Sam McGrath, and Kelsey Leunenburg. 10/17 Varsity vs Brockton: The girls made a great effort against the Brockton team. Great hits by Val Hoyle, Annabell Hood and Hannah Perreira. Great digs by Rachel McCall and Maddie Baron. JV: the girls had an awesome win against Brockton today with great serving by Madi Shaw and Lauren Burgess. Great hitting by Emily Kenneally and Kaitlyn Burchill. 10/12 Varsity vs Dartmouth: the girls put a great effort into their game! Great plays by Rachel McCall, Val Hoyle, Hannah Perriera, Annabell Hood, and Maddie Baron. L(25-14),L(25-11), L(25-12) Great Effort Varsity Girls! JV: The girls had a tough loss against Dartmouth. L(25-18) L(25-23). Madi Shaw, Zoe Thomas, Michaela McCarthy, and Kaitlyn Burchill had an excellent game on the court. Great Job Girls!
10/7 Varsity vs Durfee: the varsity girls did a great job against durfee today! Awesome job by Val Hoyle, Rachel McCall, Annabell Hood, Kayla Cohen, and Annie Balashi.
L(25-18),L(25-19), L(25-16) JV: the jv girls did an awesome job against the Durfee team winning in 2 games. A great game by Madi Shaw, Emily Kenneally, Kristin Myles, Kaitlyn Burchill, and Michaela McCarthy. w(25-12) w(25-15).
10/5 Varsity vs Taunton: the varsity girls made a great effort in 5 games against the Taunton team! The girls fought really hard! L(25-18) w(25-22) w(28-26) L(2521) L(25-21). Great effort girls!! JV: the JV girls had an awesome game against Taunton today winning in 2 games! A great game by Kayleen Walsh, Madi Shaw, Lauren Burgess, Kaitlyn Burchill, Sam McGrath, and Kristin Myles. w(25-12) w(25-19) Awesome Job girls

9/30 Varsity vs Silver Lake: the varsity girls had a good game against the Varsity girls. Great hits by Val Hoyle, Hannah Perreira, Ally Tabezinxy, Rachel McCall, and Annie Balashi. L(25-14),L(25-18),L(25-12). Great effort girls!!! JV: Although winning last time, the girls had a tough game against the aggressive Silver Lake team. Emily Kenneally, Sam McGrath, Madi Shaw, Kerriane Gordon, Kayleen Walsh, and Michaela McCarthy had a great game against Silver Lake. L(25-18),W(25-20),L(25-20). great effort girls. Get em next time!! Freshmen: Freshman played a great game against Silver Lake. We played 3 tough sets. L-25-11, W-18-25, L-13-15. They all did a wonderful job. Serving and defense has seen some great improvements!!! Great job ladies!!!
9/28 Varsity vs Barnstable: The varsity girls did an awesome job against the competitive Barnstable team. Great game by Val Hoyle, Rachel McCall, Hannah Perreira, and Kelsey Neil. L(25-7), L(25-9), L(25-15). Great Job overall girls!! JV: The girls made a great effort against the Barnstable JV team. A tough competitor, but the girls held there own against Barnstable's tough defense. (L)25-11, (L)25-17. A great game by Emily Kenneally, Sam McGrath, Madi Shaw, and Kaitlyn Burchill. Great Job girls. Freshmen: lost in 2 sets. The team had great defense and played hard . Carly Colby had some great serves,nice passing by Erica Overstreet and Meaghan Farragher. Great job everyone!!
9/26 Varsity vs Brockton: the Varsity girls gave a great effort today against the impressive Brockton team. loosing (25-9)(25-15)and(25-11) were the final scores. The girls overall did a good job. Great spikes by Val Hoyle, Hannah Perreira, Annabell Hood, and Lawryne Boyle. Great serving by Hannah as well. Also, Kayla Cohen had a very good game as well. Good Job girls! JV: The girls suffered their first loss today loosing (25-9) and (25-16). Great efforts by Madi Shaw, Kayleen Walsh, Sam McGrath, Lauren Burgess, and Kristen Miles. This now puts the JV girls at 7-1 for the season. Freshmen: lost against Brockton 0-2 Taylor and Sarah Dasilva played hard on the court and played some good defense.
9/22 Varsity vs Silver Lake: The girls struggled today loosing three games. Rachel McCall, Val Hoyle, Hannah Perreira, and Kayla Cohen had great hits in the front row. Hannah also did a great job serving along with Ally TAbezinxy and Rachel McCall L(25-11), L(25-19), L(25-14). Good effort girls!! JV: the girls did an amazing job in their game today winning 2 out of 3 matches. Everyone did an excellent job especially Zoe Thomas, Kayleen Walsh, Rachel Fernandez, and Michaela McCarthy. Lauren Burgess did a great job serving as well! L(25-19), W(25-19), W(26-24). Great Job girls!! Freshmen: lost 0-2 girls played hard. Brianna Benninati & Ashley Demotta served well and worked hard setting.
9/21 Varsity vs Dartmouth: The Varsity girls faced a tough match against Dartmouth today. Great hits made by Val Hoyle, Hannah Perreira, and Annabell Hood. Awesome setting by Maddie Baron and Rachel McCall. Great digs by Kelsey Neil, Annie Balashi, and Ally TAbezinxy. Good Effort girls! (25-7)(L), (25-10)(L), (25-9)(L). JV: The girls did an amazing job against Dartmouth today winning in 3 matches. Excellent serves made by Madi Shaw, Kayleen Walsh, and Sam McGrath. 9/19 Varsity vs Plymouth North: The girls lost a tough match today playing all 5 matches. The following scores are (L)25-14, (W)25-15, (L)26-24, (W)25-15, and (L)15-11. A tough loss by the Trojans but excellent plays by Madison Barron, Val Hoyle, Kayla Cohen, Rachel McCall, and Lawryne Boyle. Great serving by Hannah Perriera and Annabell Hood. Good effort girls! JV:The girls won by a landslide today crushing Plymouth North (25-4) and (25-13). Outstanding hits made by Kaitlyn Burchill, Madi Shaw, Zoe Thomas, Kerriane Gordon, and Kristen Miles. Awesome serving by Kayleen Walsh and Chelsea Correia. Good Job girls!!
9/16 Varsity vs Durfee: The girls made a great effort against the Durfee on Friday. (L)25-11, (L)26-11, and (L)27-29. The scores were kept close throughout the game. Great plays by Rachel McCall, Annabell Hood, Val Hoyle, and Annie Balashi. The girls held their own against the tough Durfee team. Good effort. JV: The girls did a great job today against Durfee winning both matches. (25-27) and (25-11). Emily Kenneally had some great hits in the front row along with Kaitlyn Burchill and Kristen Miles. Great serving by Kayleen Walsh, Madi Shaw, and Sam McGrath. Awesome job girls!
9/12 Varsity vs Plymouth South:loss(27-25), win(25-11), loss(25-22), win(25-22), win(15-13) Everyone had an amazing game against Plymouth South. Rachel McCall, Annie Balashi, Val Hoyle, and Annabell Hood had a great game in the front row. Great digs by Ally Tabezinxy, Kelsey Neil, and Kayla Cohen. Great Serving by all throughout the game! GREAT JOB GIRLS! JV: win(25-19), win(25-11) Great hits by Emily Kenneally, great serving by Holly Greet, Sam McGrath, Kristen Miles, Kaitlyn Burchill, and Michaela McCarthy. Great Job Girls!! Freshmen: Game against Plymouth south B-R - won in 2 sets, 25-17; 25 - 13. Again awesome teamwork; great serving getting better everyday at passing, setting and spiking.
9/9 Varsity vs Falmouth: Annabell Hood and Val Hoyle did a great job hitting throughout the game. Hannah Periera kept the girls close with serves, and Rachel McCall did an excellent job setting for the front row. Ally Tabezinxy also had great digs! Good effort girls! loss(25-18), loss(25-10), loss(25-16). JV: Kayleen Walsh had an excellent game overall, making a total of 16 serves. Michaela McCarthy and Lauren Burgess made great digs throughout the game. win(25-11), loss (26-24), win (25-9). Freshmen: Falmouth game: 2 sets B-R won both 25-18, 25-14 girls played great for the first time playing. Serving great, passing and having fun.
9/8 Varsity vs Hanover: the girls made a great effort in their first game against Hanover. There first match was a great effort by Rachel McCall, Val Hoyle, and Maddie Baron. Second and 3rd matches were very close. Hannah Perriera did a great job keeping the girls close in serves. Annabell Hood and Annie Balashi did a great job in the front row as well. 25-17, 25-18, 25-17. JV: the jv girls had a good first game winning 25-13 in the first match. Madi Shaw and Lauren Burgess did excellent serving overall. Excellent digs by Michaela McCarthy. In the second game, the girls pulled through winning 25-21. Samantha McGrath did a great job serving finishing the game for BR. Great Job Girls! |
